Emma Reynolds, MP for Wolverhampton North East is urging people to visit a local small business in their area to help mark Small Business Saturday.  Saturday’s national day of action, highlights the success of small and medium enterprises and looks to inspire others to set up their own business.

Emma said, “I’ve visited many small businesses in my constituency to see first-hand the contribution they make that collectively is huge. One, Gecko, who offer business services to the creative and voluntary sector in the Midlands, also operate on the national and international markets and are a real success story.

“Small businesses are often the life blood of our local areas and independent retailers and businesses are vitally important to our economy and in attracting visitors to the city and I would encourage everyone to visit small and medium businesses in their area this Saturday and do your bit to support your city.”
