Emma Reynolds, Labour Member of Parliament for Wolverhampton North East, has launched the grand opening of new increased childcare provision in New Park Village. Sonic Lords and Ladies will provide free nursery care for 2 year olds for 50 weeks a year between 8am and 3pm. Available childcare will be split into morning and afternoon sessions. The service is run by New Park Village Tenant Management Co-operative.

Emma said:

“I was delighted to attend the grand opening of the Sonic Lords and Ladies childcare service in New Park Village. It was wonderful to meet all the staff and see the hard work they are doing providing a fun environment for the children. I would like to thank Janet Cash and all her team for welcoming me to the centre.”

“The lack of free childcare facilities is a frequent problem which is raised with me as an MP. I called for increased childcare provision before the last election. It is great news that families in New Park Village and across Wolverhampton will now have access to this excellent new centre.”
